Size: Approximately 14.0 x 9.75 inches.
This famous woodblock print was an insert to the Yomiuri newspaper in 1930. There were only 150 produced. A rarely seen modern bijin.
Artist's signature and seal.
Condition: Some creasing in addition to the original center fold and a couple of reddish scuffs...

Subject: Blue bird with red leaves.
Date: Early 20th century.
Size: Approximately 7.25 by 5.0 inches.
Publisher: Likely Watanabe Shozaburo. Sozan worked for Watanabe from 1919 until 1926.
Condition: Unframed. Very fresh color and very good condition. There is natural shrinkage due to the creping process, which was favored in the early 20th century due to the superior durability of the prints...
