Ito Shinsui (1898-1972) Early Spring, 1930 Size: Approximately 14.0 x 9.75 inches. This famous woodblock print was an insert to the Yomiuri newspaper in 1930. There were only 150 produced. A rarely seen modern bijin. Artist's signature and seal. Condition: Some creasing in addition to the original center fold and a couple of reddish scuffs. Beautiful color. |
