Tsuchiya Koitsu [signature and seal] Restaurant in the Evening (alternatively Ueno Kiyomizudo) Date: 1940. Size: Oban, approximately 10 x 15 inches Publisher: Doi Hangaten [seal], also bears Doi watermark Carver: Harada Printer: Yokoi . This seal combination indicates an early post-war edition. Its pre-war use has been a subject of debate. Condition: Unframed. Excellent color and condition. Clean verso with paper thicker at two corners from original mount. |
