Condition: Pristine. Unframed. Never displayed. The two left margin pinholes are the original state.

Artist: Uchima (Aohara) Toshiko (1918-2000). Aohara would marry the renowned artist Ansei Uchima.
Scene: Girl in Costume.
Image area: 5.5 x 3.5 inches. A woodblock print tipped at the top to original cardstock.
Bears the "Aohara" seal.

This is a very desirable edition published in the 1950s by Shobisha, which acquired publishing rights from Kawaguchi and Sakai.
Bears the round, red seal used by Shobisha in the 1950s on the verso.
Condition: Excellent. One corner has a light crease at the margin.

Date: 1933. This is a lifetime edition published between 1946 and 1957.

Condition: Very good. The tonal difference at the lower right corner appears to be an impression flaw, rather than a matte line.
A rarely seen Hasui image.

Condition: Very good to excellent with slight toning of paper.
This rarely seen print is also signed "Y. Ito" in pencil and titled "Cryptomeria Highway, Nikko" with edition number 12/25.
